Paper or Plastic?

Remember that line at the grocery store in the eighties?

All these damn tree huggers against cutting down trees to make paper sacks was offensive to some so an idiot invented the plastic bags we use today.

The local city council, one member especially, has been adamant about banning the plastic bags. Why?

They blow everywhere; trees, yards, bushes, cars, pools, you name it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve fished them out of my pool filter.

So now it appears that paper sacks are okay again. Lesser of the evils, if you will.

Now, enter Washington DC with a new law banning Styrofoam cups.

It don’t matter. I know a guy who sells  ’em out the back of his car.
